Hi! Here are some of my guinea pig family! I need to take some new pics soon!
Peach:
Peach is my special satin piggy! She has been a mum once, and had 5 beautiful babies, but I have since found out that it is a bad idea to breed satins, as they are prone to Osteodystrophy (sp?). This means they don't absorb enough calcium and their bones may not develop properly. Peach is now about 2 years old and she is so sweet and gorgeous! Everyone who meets her falls in love with her!

This is my coronet Dougal! He was my first rescue piggy. I was supposed to sort his skin and his hair out ( he was in a little bit of a mess) and then rehome him. But he was just too cute! He has a huge character and is always being nosey at the front of the hutch. We love him so much and he loves us too!

This is Dougals friend Pumpkin. Pumpin is Peach's son and he is so cute! We paired up Dougal and Pumpkin successfully when Pumpkin was a baby abd Dougal was about 18 months old. Pumpkin is now just over 1 and he and Dougal love living together!

Thanks Jan! I have to take some new pics this weekend as I now have 8 guinea pigs of my own. They're just so adorable, and I just seem to be keeping the rescues more and more often!

Wow ..I love the reds ..They are absolutely gorgeous you sound like us we have sencond and third generation piggies in our brood ..we are thinking about some more soon will keep yah in formed ...One quick favour to keep the total memory down a little can yah make your pictures abit smaller (Pumkins size..You can resize them through Photobucket) ..Thankyou so much for these beautiful pictures ....

Will do! I'm trying to make the pics smaller, they go smaller on the photobucket but when I edit them and repost, it still comes out the same size. I might need a lil help please!

I just reposted Dougal and he's a real cutie by the way and the pictures size is 181x178 - 5 K according to Photobucket ..this size ideal and we can see all ..

I know what cha mean ...sometimes I just love to sit in the room with all my piggies and watch them as they play cavort and are just generally living their lives..the are ALL so cute...
