he choked on a soft frankfurter and tiny tablet.
all ican think is the tablets have caused a problem with his throat muscles.

my hubby put out a towel last night that he used to layon and it had been taken. today in the day we saw where its gone..its lying on his grave.
one of the foxes must have put it there.

my car has been fixed, i havent been out for about a month.

i went to leave the house , but just stood still. its like i didnt know what to do.

we have always said as we leave or if we left him at the vets..BE BACK SOON GOOD BOY. the be back soon was a comfort phrase, that he would know we would not leave him for good,it was something i learnt from a book many years ago.

it felt so odd leaving the house and not saying those words Sad

One of the first Cavys we got was a little Girl named Lizzie ...she was a dancer ..cause when we first saw her she can up to us and did a little dance ..She passed away about a year ago...we were so sad ..but what did we do ...we went and got another Pig with a similar shape and colour and just as fiesty and we called her guess what "Lizzie "..now she back in our life making us smile( we still miss Lizzie but her special thought is always with us)....It might be a bit soon but maybe you need a new Barker to bring his special thought back....

aww she sounded really cute.

yes i had thought about that , but hubby isnt too keen. also our kids have left home, i have my phobia which prevents me walking him in the summer months. we have a big garden but i think your spose to walk dogs ? so i heard.
i would love to have another dog one day, but then agian is it fair to it , not getting regular walks ?

maybe a parrot would be an answer, but thats far away, the house is in diy mode stil.

Maybe get a toy dog (Chiuaua) quick walk around the lounge room and viola....They have beautiful big staring eyes....I saw a lady carrying one in a handbag the other day....
